Cancellation Policy

For all new clients we require a credit card on file – a $25 deposit will be made when you book your appointment. This deposit will apply to your appointment and is deducted at checkout. This deposit is non-refundable if you do not show up or if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. If you need to reschedule you must do so 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will hold over to your new appointment. We understand that life happens, so please give us as much notice as you can when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that we have the opportunity to contact wait-listed clients to fill your spot.

There are no refunds on services performed. All gift certificate and product sales are final. Gift certificates expire 1 year from issue date. Exchanges will be made on defective products only.
